A concept for 250 people with recipes and a road-map delivered to the kitchen-staff at Marriott. The food experience was emphasizing the organisation’s work in India by creating a menu with Danish-Indian flavor synergies alongside interactive and playful elements to connect guests.
Julia had several meetings with the organization to understand the values, theme, and ressources. Julia designed an experience to fit all criteria and delivered guidelines to the kitchen- and event-staff for execution.
